Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the custom designs being offered and made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges - please read all listing descriptions carefully before making a purchase.  

 

Retail Purchases

We are unable to offer refunds for anything other than a mistake on our part.  If your order is damaged, we ask that you please contact us at customersupport@bedazzledsupplies.com so that we may try to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company. We may ask for photographic evidence and any relevant information regarding the damaged item(s). In order to expedite your claim, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with any flaw information with the product.

 

Pre-Order Purchases

In the event that there is a preorder open and you purchase the wrong item, it can be corrected only while the preorder is still open. There will be no refund granted, only an exchange for the correct item. Once the preorder has closed, the sale is final and there will be no exchanges allowed at that time.

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase time.  If a cancellation is agreed upon, you are agreeing that there is a restocking fee of 20%.

 

If there are any issues concerning not getting what you ordered or any flaws that could happen, please contact us first to get the situation resolved. You can send e-mails regarding this to customersupport@bedazzledsupplies.com within 24-48 hours - Please put your order # and issue in the subject line so that we may be able to get the situation resolved quicker.
