Please do not order pre-order items and ready to ship items in the same order. It will cause your ready to ship items to be held until the pre-order items arrive.
All orders over $99 (excluding gift cards) ship for free anywhere in the US (US orders under $99.00, actual shipping charges will be calculated at checkout). Free shipping covers the continental and contiguous US, Territories & Armed Forces (APO, FPO, Etc.)
Our International customers pay the minimal actual shipping. You can actually figure your actual shipping charges from the shopping cart page without entering any payment info.
Shipping rate are estimated and any shipping that overage more than $1 will be refunded.
We make every effort to make turn around time as little as possible. Ready to ship items are sent out in 1-2 business days.
Estimated shipping times are calculated by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are not guaranteed. All retail orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is placed - you will received a shipping notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. Most orders will arrive within 2 - 4 business days of shipping.
Most U.S. orders will ship USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Important: it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery. Some larger orders (over 4lbs) may ship by UPS at our discretion. Depending on where you live UPS orders may take a day longer to arrive. Some orders at our discretion may require a signature required at delivery.
Orders placed to a shipping address outside the USA are based on weight. Shipping at checkout over estimates shipping weights - please contact us for an accurate shipping quote and we can add it to our standard rates. If you choose to use the calculated shipping at checkout and your international shipping costs (plus insurance) are miscalculated by $1 or more, I will refund the overage or invoice your Shopify email for the remaining balance prior to shipping your items.
All orders are carefully packaged; however, items are occasionally damaged or lost during transit. As such, shipping insurance is included with all packages and is calculated into your shipping cost. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, a claim needs to be filed with USPS. Damaged Package/Items: please email a photo of your damaged package and/or items along with your invoice to customersupport@BedazzledSupplies.com. Damaged Packages and/or items must be held by the customer until a claim is resolved with USPS. If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if the package is not located. Lost (undelivered) packages must allow 14 days from the date of shipment prior to a claim being filed.
If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address we will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, we will not refund shipping charges. We will ship to the exact address given.
In the event of a damaged package, we will ship your items again (if available via retail) or offer a refund for items that are no longer in stock.
